Kuala Lumpur, 27 May 2026 – Tomei Consolidated Berhad delivered its strongest quarterly performance since listing, as robust festive jewellery demand, higher gold prices and stronger sales volumes lifted the Group’s earnings for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026.
The integrated gold jewellery manufacturer and retailer posted profit before tax of RM75.9 million for Q1FY2026, nearly double its performance in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit after tax rose 87.8% year-on-year to RM53.8 million, compared with RM28.6 million previously, while earnings per share improved to 37.6 sen from 20.1 sen.
