Kuala Lumpur, 9 May 2026 – Cape EMS Berhad has clarified that the proposed collaboration between its wholly owned subsidiary Cape Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd and Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn Bhd was limited to a Memorandum of Understanding and did not proceed into any final commercial agreement or binding implementation arrangement.

The clarification comes amid legal proceedings involving claims made by AeroNas against Cape Manufacturing. CEB said the MOU only served as a framework document for preliminary discussions and initial development works related to a proposed assembly workshop for light aircraft.
