Kuala Lumpur, 19 October 2026 – Zetrix AI Berhad has withdrawn a first interim dividend of 0.25 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, saying it needs to preserve working capital because of unexpected operational expenses. The dividend had been declared on 24 August and was scheduled for payment on 20 November.

For Malaysian investors, the reversal matters because dividend withdrawal is a direct signal that near-term liquidity has become more important than the planned cash distribution. The board’s decision and stated reason are confirmed. The company has not disclosed the size or nature of the unexpected expenses, so their effect on earnings, cash flow and operations cannot yet be assessed.
