Taiwan’s ALP Launches RM500 Million Smart Cold Chain Facility in Shah Alam

Shah Alam, 15 May 2026 – Taiwan-based Ally Logistic Property has launched a RM500 million smart cold chain facility in Shah Alam, strengthening Malaysia’s logistics infrastructure as demand rises for temperature-controlled storage across food, pharmaceuticals, retail and fast-moving consumer goods.

The new facility marks another major step in ALP’s regional expansion strategy and reinforces Selangor’s role as a key logistics and supply-chain hub. The project is expected to support businesses that require modern cold storage, automation and more efficient distribution systems to manage increasingly complex supply-chain needs.
