The dispute concerned 192 land parcels that had been subjected to seizure orders dated 25 May 2026 under Section 51(1) of Malaysia’s anti-money-laundering law. With the Attorney-General’s Chambers withdrawing the orders, the companies no longer need to pursue the application.
