Kuala Lumpur, 27 October 2026 – GDB Holdings Berhad’s outstanding order book has doubled to RM2.05 billion after the builder secured a RM1.02 billion contract for ParkCity Residences, its largest housing job to date. The shares rose nearly 6% to 54.5 sen on Tuesday, their highest level since June 12.

The award matters to Malaysian investors because it gives GDB revenue visibility over the next five years and changes the scale of its active workload. The contract is confirmed, while the expected profit contribution remains an analyst estimate. Delivery will depend on project execution, working-capital management and the company’s ability to control labour and material costs through a long construction period.
