Kuala Lumpur, 23 October 2026 – Mi Technovation Berhad is expected to report stronger third-quarter performance on 29 October, supported by improved semiconductor-materials demand and capacity utilisation approaching 90%. Its 73.7%-owned subsidiary Mi Material Holding Limited is scheduled to list in Singapore on 28 October at S$1.80 a share.
The outlook matters to Malaysian investors because the listing creates a separate market value for a business contributing a substantial share of group earnings. The IPO terms and management estimates are disclosed, while the earnings forecasts remain analyst assessments. Actual results may differ when Mi Technovation publishes its quarterly report.
