The move follows the company’s broader announcement of an enterprise platform that will bring Muse, Meta Business Agent, application interfaces and developer tools to commercial users. For investors, the strategic question is whether practical business workflows can convert substantial AI spending into durable revenue.
Muse for Small Business is being positioned as an assistant for owners who cannot hire specialists for every function. Examples described in the product rollout include analysing sales, campaign and social-activity data to suggest a growth plan, drafting customer communications and helping with advertising content. Those capabilities are proposed uses of an AI agent, not proof that it can autonomously run a business without supervision or deliver a measured return on investment.
