LBS Bina Posts Q2 Revenue of RM340.5 Million, Backed by RM1.06 Billion Unbilled Sales and RM591 Million Cash Reserves

Petaling Jaya, 20 August 2026 – Township developer LBS Bina Group Berhad delivered a steady financial performance for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q2 FY2026), posting a 9.9 percent year-on-year increase in revenue to RM340.5 million, supported by ongoing construction progress across its core residential townships and disciplined project scheduling.  

Profit after tax and minority interests (PATMI) for the quarter stood at RM15.1 million, compared to RM309.8 million in revenue recorded during the corresponding period last year. The group’s core property development division remained the primary growth engine, contributing RM293.1 million in revenue and RM30.4 million in profit before tax (PBT). Segmental performance was driven by timely revenue recognition from multiple residential phases that were completed or nearing completion during the quarter.
