Kuala Lumpur, 15 June 2026 – Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM529.32 million construction contract for a proposed villa residences development in Bukit Tunku, strengthening the group’s project pipeline and reinforcing its position in Malaysia’s high-end residential construction market.

The contract was awarded to the group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, by BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd. The project involves the construction and completion of eight blocks of villa residences comprising 146 units, together with two blocks of car parks, two basement car park levels, common facilities and a clubhouse.
