Kuala Lumpur, 3 June 2026 – Kelington Group Berhad is expanding its strategic collaboration with PETRONAS CCS Solutions Sdn Bhd as both parties move deeper into carbon capture and storage initiatives, with a new study focused on satellite CO₂ terminal infrastructure.
The integrated engineering solutions provider said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Gases Marketing Sdn Bhd, has signed an addendum to its existing Memorandum of Understanding with PETRONAS CCS Solutions. The addendum builds on the original MoU signed on 3 July 2025, which established a framework for both parties to jointly explore opportunities in the management of carbon dioxide emissions.
