Mumbai, 21 October 2026 – Jio Platforms Limited’s initial public offering was fully subscribed within two hours of opening on Wednesday, drawing bids for India’s largest share sale. The company is seeking about INR302.13 billion, or US$3.2 billion, with shares marketed at INR1,065 to INR1,119 each.
The rapid demand matters to Asian investors because the offering tests appetite for a large telecommunications and digital-platform listing during closer scrutiny of technology valuations. Full subscription confirms sufficient bids at that point in the process, but it does not guarantee allotment gains, long-term returns or continued demand before the offer closes on 23 October.
