Hangzhou, 21 October 2026 – DeepSeek released DeepInfer as open-source software on 20 October, giving developers access to the inference framework behind its large-scale production services. The Apache 2.0-licensed release supports DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash and currently targets NVIDIA SM100 graphics processors and Huawei Ascend 950 neural-processing units.

Access to production-oriented code may help developers improve efficiency and reduce dependence on proprietary serving stacks. Those benefits remain potential rather than guaranteed for every deployment.
