HLB said the latest work includes AI agents developed with Google’s Agent Development Kit, robotic process automation and automated forms for IT risk processes. The projects illustrate how banks are applying software to support internal workflows, although the company has not disclosed a financial return or a quantified reduction in operating costs from these deployments.
