Four Chinese companies are targeting up to US$1.83 billion in Hong Kong offerings, with RoboTechnik representing the largest proposed transaction.

Hong Kong, 21 September 2026 – Four Chinese companies are seeking as much as HK$14.35 billion, or approximately US$1.83 billion, through separate Hong Kong share offerings, adding another large cluster of transactions to the city’s recovering equity-capital market. Automation-equipment producer RoboTechnik accounts for the biggest portion, with its proposed sale targeting up to about US$660.3 million.

The combined offerings show that Hong Kong is attracting issuers from technology and manufacturing sectors as Chinese companies seek international capital and broader shareholder bases. The city’s listings and secondary offerings have raised about US$45.8 billion so far in 2026, supported by stronger demand for businesses linked to artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced production and supply-chain localisation.
