Hong Kong, 26 October 2026 – Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co Ltd has raised about HK$9.9 billion, equivalent to roughly US$1.3 billion, after pricing 113.8 million H shares at HK$86.80 each. Trading in the Chinese electronics manufacturer’s Hong Kong shares is expected to begin on 28 October, making the transaction the city’s largest new listing in nearly two months.

For Asian investors, the deal brings another mainland technology manufacturer to Hong Kong at a time when artificial-intelligence infrastructure is increasing demand for printed circuit boards, optical components and high-density electronics. The proceeds are confirmed, but the listing’s long-term value will depend on how effectively Dongshan converts capital into capacity, technology and customer growth rather than on the size of the offering alone.
