Kuala Lumpur, 18 September 2025 — Integrated engineering solutions provider Destini Bhd has landed a contract extension from Malaysia’s Ministry of Defence through its unit Destini Prima Sdn Bhd. The extended deal, worth RM403.75 million, covers the supply of non-proprietary spare parts for aircraft operated by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).

Originally set to expire on 30 June 2025, the contract has now been extended for an additional 18 months, beginning 1 July 2025 and running through 31 December 2026. The RM403.75 million figure represents the combined contract ceiling alongside 29 other approved contractors.

Under the agreement, Destini Prima must furnish a performance bond when fulfilling government orders. The bond rate will be 2.5% for orders exceeding RM200,000 and 5% for orders over RM500,000.

The company expects the contract renewal to contribute positively to Destini’s earnings and net asset base in the financial year ending 30 June 2026, and over the duration of the extended contract.
