Kuala Lumpur, 12 October 2026 – Deleum Bhd plans to sell its 86.67% interest in Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd to Ocean Vantage Holdings Bhd for RM13 million in cash, a transaction that values the technology-solutions business at RM15 million. The proposed disposal is modest in group terms, but it offers a useful signal about capital allocation in Malaysia’s oil and gas services sector.

The stake is held through two Deleum subsidiaries, which own 60% and 26.67% of the target respectively. The remaining 13.33% shareholder intends to sell its interest separately to Ocean Vantage. The transactions are interconditional, meaning the buyer’s planned acquisition of the whole company depends on the related pieces moving together rather than one seller exiting in isolation.
