Singapore, 24 September 2026 – Ally Logistic Property and CapitaLand Investment have broken ground on OMEGA 1 Singapore, a S$260 million logistics development designed to combine warehouse space, automation and digital operations. The project is held under CapitaLand Southeast Asia Logistics Fund and marks the first Singapore deployment of ALP’s OMEGA platform, which already has a regional footprint in Malaysia and Thailand.

The facility will occupy 19 Gul Lane in Singapore’s western industrial cluster, close to Tuas Port, Tuas Checkpoint and Jurong Port. The partners target completion in the second half of 2028. Those figures describe the planned asset, not occupied space or contracted rental income.
