Singapore, 26 October 2026 – The Assembly Place will invest up to S$2.5 million in a new S$300 million Asia-Pacific living-sector fund and is proposed to serve as its property manager and operator. The vehicle will be managed by ICH Asset Management, which reported US$686 million of assets under management at 30 June 2026.

The transaction matters to Asian property investors because it links institutional capital with an operating platform that already manages 3,520 keys across 103 assets and has more than 2,100 keys in its pipeline. The commitment and proposed roles are confirmed, but returns will depend on acquisitions, occupancy, financing and operating discipline rather than the fund’s target size alone.
