AMS Advanced Material Secures Licences for Johor Aluminium Recycling Venture

Kuala Lumpur, 3 August 2026 – AMS Advanced Material Berhad has obtained the licences required to commence its aluminium scrap metal business, marking another step in the ACE Market-listed company’s post-listing expansion strategy.

The new operation will be undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary, AMS Ecogreen Sdn Bhd, which will collect, process and sell aluminium scrap materials. According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the activities will initially operate from a facility in Johor with an estimated processing capacity of 17 tonnes per month.
