Alam Maritim to Exit PN17 Status After Regularising Financial Condition

Kuala Lumpur, 5 June 2026 – Alam Maritim Resources Berhad will be uplifted from its Practice Note 17 classification after Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad confirmed that the company has regularised its financial condition.

Bursa Securities said Alam Maritim no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements. Accordingly, the company will cease to be classified as a PN17 company effective 9.00am on Monday, 8 June 2026.
