Kuala Lumpur, 4 November 2026 – Kee Ming Group has secured a RM44.17 million subcontract for electrical works at a hyperscale data-centre project in Puncak Alam, Selangor, adding another large job to its order book as demand for digital infrastructure continues to generate construction opportunities. The award was made through a letter of award and covers work associated with the project’s first phase.

The scope is arranged across two work packages. The first begins upon acceptance of the letter of award, while the second is expected to start when the contractor receives a notice to proceed. Kee Ming said the works are scheduled for completion by 30 July 2027. The staged commencement means the timing of activity and revenue recognition will depend on the relevant notices, progress on site and contractual milestones.
