Kuala Lumpur, 26 October 2026 – SKA Capital Berhad’s wholly owned subsidiary, SKA Rekabina Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award covering work on six Tenaga Nasional Berhad contracts with an aggregate value of RM89,284,144.50, including sales and service tax. The award, dated 23 October and announced on 26 October, is expected to run for 18 months from commencement.

For investors, the award expands SKA Capital’s exposure to Malaysia’s electricity-distribution investment cycle and adds near-term work across several locations. The contract value is confirmed, but it should not be read as immediate revenue or profit. Earnings will depend on mobilisation dates, work completed, cost control, payment certification and the margin achieved on each package over the execution period.
