Singapore, 26 October 2026 – DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited reported a 17% year-on-year increase in third-quarter underlying subsidiary profit from continuing operations, excluding its Maxim’s associate, for the period ended 30 September. The retailer raised its 2026 underlying profit guidance to US$295 million–US$305 million from US$285 million–US$305 million and plans to lift its dividend payout ratio to 80% in 2027 from 70% in 2026.

The update matters to Asian investors because it combines stronger operating performance with a higher minimum earnings expectation and a clearer capital-return commitment. The figures and guidance are confirmed, but the group did not disclose an exact third-quarter profit amount. Investors should therefore avoid treating external estimates as reported results and focus on the company’s stated growth rates and range.
