Petaling Jaya, 21 October 2026 – Sunview Group Berhad said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, SAM 2 Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM5 million banking facility from Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad. For investors in Malaysia’s renewable-energy sector, the facility is modest in size but relevant to day-to-day execution. It provides an additional funding channel without issuing new shares, which means existing ownership is not diluted. The financial benefit is not automatic: Sunview said the facility is expected to support earnings when the funds are deployed to generate future income.
