Singapore, 19 October 2026 – Mi Material, the semiconductor-materials subsidiary of Malaysia-listed Mi Technovation Berhad, has launched an initial public offering at S$1.80 a share to raise gross proceeds of S$168.2 million. The offering includes about 6.22 million shares for the Singapore public and approximately 71.27 million shares for institutional and other investors through a placement.
For Asian investors, the listing creates a separately valued route into a business supplying specialty alloys and fine-pitch solder spheres to the semiconductor industry. The offer price, gross proceeds and tranche sizes are confirmed in the final prospectus process. Returns after listing will still depend on demand, pricing and execution; the IPO itself does not establish the company’s future earnings or market valuation.
