Kuala Lumpur, 30 September 2026 – Malaysia and Hong Kong have put a single-submission route into operation for companies seeking simultaneous listings in the two markets, turning a July regulatory agreement into a process issuers can now assess for live transactions. The arrangement permits one listing application and one listing document where an applicant seeks a primary listing on either Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market or Hong Kong’s Main Board and a simultaneous secondary listing on the other exchange.
