Platforms including Tiger Brokers Singapore, Saxo Markets, Moomoo and Syfe have been building or using representative networks. Their approaches differ, but the common commercial idea is to pair software-led access with personal relationships. A remisier, as a licensed trading representative attached to a Singapore Exchange member securities firm, can help explain market developments and keep clients engaged. Advice and suitability obligations remain subject to the representative’s licence and the firm’s controls.
