Kerjaya Prospek Secures RM223 Million SOHO Contract in Johor Bahru from Sunway Majestic

Kuala Lumpur, 12 August 2026 – Construction specialist Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad has secured a RM223.0 million contract from Sunway Majestic Sdn. Bhd. to execute main building works for a proposed Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) development in Johor Bahru, expanding its order book beyond its full-year target.

The project, awarded to Kerjaya’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., entails the construction of 1,012 SOHO units divided across two 34-storey residential towers. The scope of works also includes a 10-level podium car park structure and two mezzanine levels dedicated to commercial retail space.
