Kuala Lumpur, 3 August 2026 – LYC Healthcare Berhad faces the possibility of a trading suspension after delaying its annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, placing disclosure discipline and audit completion under renewed investor scrutiny.
The company had been required to issue the report, including audited financial statements and the auditors’ and directors’ reports, within four months of its financial year-end. It indicated that the work might extend beyond the 31 July deadline and said it expected to complete the report by 7 August.
