Senai, 29 July 2026 – A1 A.K. Koh Group Berhad has received unanimous shareholder approval to acquire 1.01 acres of leasehold commercial land in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, for RM16.73 million, paving the way for a permanent central-region sales and marketing hub.
The Johor-based processed food and beverage group will undertake the acquisition through its wholly owned subsidiary, A. K. Koh Enterprise Sdn Bhd. The purchase will be funded using a combination of bank borrowings and internally generated funds.
