SINGAPORE, 06 November 025 — Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), a global leader in enterprise AI platforms for managing people, money, and agents, has announced a strategic partnership with Health Management International Pte Ltd (HMI Medical) to accelerate digital transformation across the organisation. The collaboration marks Workday’s first foray into Singapore’s healthcare industry, expanding its presence in a sector that increasingly demands operational agility and data-driven decision-making.
Headquartered in Singapore, HMI Medical oversees more than 2,800 employees across Southeast Asia. As it broadens its portfolio of specialist healthcare services, the company recognised the need to unify its growing operations and streamline processes across multiple entities. Through its partnership with Workday, HMI Medical will consolidate its systems into a single platform, enabling a more agile, connected, and efficient organisation.
Under the agreement, HMI Medical will deploy the full suite of Workday’s enterprise cloud-based management solutions, powered by Workday Illuminate, the company’s next-generation AI technology. The rollout includes Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Contract Intelligence, enhanced by Evisort AI.
The integration will allow HMI Medical to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and leverage real-time analytics for better talent and financial management. Beyond HR and finance, departments including executive leadership, legal, and planning will gain from a unified system that enhances efficiency, compliance, and strategic oversight.
Workday Illuminate will automate repetitive tasks, freeing employees to focus on strategic and patient-focused initiatives. With AI-driven insights supporting decision-making and workforce development, HMI Medical aims to enhance employee experiences and strengthen its ability to attract, retain, and nurture top healthcare talent.
