United Asiapac Energy Targets RM48.73 Million From ACE Market IPO

Kuala Lumpur, 28 July 2026 – United Asiapac Energy Berhad has launched its initial public offering prospectus ahead of a planned ACE Market debut that will provide new capital for equipment purchases, workforce expansion and the growth of its specialised well intervention business.

The Malaysian upstream oil and gas services company plans to raise approximately RM48.73 million through the issuance of 139.22 million new ordinary shares at 35 sen each. Based on an enlarged share capital of 550 million shares, the offering values United Asiapac Energy at approximately RM192.5 million upon listing.
