ENGLAND: U.S. President Donald Trump wrapped up his state visit to Britain on Thursday with a meeting with Prime Minister Keir Starmer, where the two leaders signed a sweeping agreement on technology investment that officials say will deliver thousands of jobs and billions in funding across sectors including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and nuclear energy.

The talks also included discussions on steel tariffs and other sensitive topics such as the wars in Ukraine and Gaza.
The signing came after a day of royal pomp and ceremony. On Wednesday, Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were honored at Windsor Castle by King Charles III and Queen Camilla with gold-trimmed carriages, scarlet-clad soldiers, artillery salutes, and a banquet in the castle’s grand hall.
No U.S. president or any other world leader has ever been accorded a second U.K. state visit, marking the occasion as a historic diplomatic gesture.
