Stratus Global Targets RM285 Million Main Market IPO To Scale Semiconductor Automation Growth

Penang, 2 July 2026 – Stratus Global Holdings Berhad has launched its prospectus for an initial public offering on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, aiming to raise approximately RM285.00 million to fund its next phase of growth in semiconductor automation solutions.

The company, a specialist in automated material handling system solutions for the semiconductor industry, is offering 356.25 million new shares at an issue price of RM0.80 per share. Based on an enlarged issued share capital of 1.25 billion shares, the IPO gives Stratus Global a market capitalisation of RM1.00 billion upon listing.
