By TLA AI Editor2 min read

Kuala Lumpur, 28 August 2026 – Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad closed FY2026 with revenue of RM81.8 million, up 17%, as digital outdoor advertising expanded, but statutory earnings were weighed down by sizeable non-cash charges. Normalised profit after tax was RM8.5 million, compared with RM13.3 million previously, leaving investors to separate the strength of the enlarged advertising network from accounting adjustments attached to past acquisitions.

Fourth-quarter revenue rose 6% to RM16.7 million, supported by a RM2.3 million or 35% increase in digital billboard revenue. Production income fell by RM0.9 million, or 49%, and the quarter recorded a core loss after tax of RM1.9 million. Statutory results included a RM13.6 million goodwill impairment linked to Vision OOH and a RM1.6 million inventory write-down.
