Samsung Cuts US Jobs and Offers Relocations Ahead of Texas Headquarters Move

Englewood Cliffs, 19 July 2026 – Samsung Electronics America is restructuring hundreds of positions in New Jersey as the South Korean technology group prepares to relocate its US headquarters to Plano, Texas, by the end of 2026.

A regulatory workforce notice indicated that 739 positions at Samsung Electronics America’s Englewood Cliffs operations could be affected by the transition.
