Pentech Holdings Jumps in ACE Market Debut as IPO Demand Signals Cybersecurity Appetite

Kuala Lumpur, 15 June 2026 – Pentech Holdings made a strong debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities on Monday, with its shares surging as much as 45% above the initial public offering price after the enterprise information and communications technology solutions provider raised RM34.40 million from its listing exercise.

The stock opened at 29 sen, sharply above its IPO price of 20 sen, before rising to an intraday high of 29.5 sen. At 9.07am, Pentech was trading at 26 sen, still 30% above its issue price, with more than 50 million shares changing hands in early trade.
