By Abigail Cheong3 min read

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 January 2026 — One Gasmaster Holdings Berhad, a provider of environmental monitoring, gas detection, gas piping and industrial hygiene solutions, has officially launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus, marking a key milestone ahead of its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The IPO is expected to raise approximately RM19.38 million, which will be channelled into expanding the Group’s service capabilities, geographic footprint and operational capacity, as demand for environmental compliance, workplace safety and sustainability solutions continues to rise across Malaysia’s industrial sectors.

IPO Structure And Valuation

Under the IPO, One Gasmaster Holdings will issue 77.5 million new ordinary shares at an offer price of RM0.25 per share. Based on an enlarged issued share capital of 310 million shares, the Group will have an estimated market capitalisation of RM77.5 million upon listing.

The IPO application period opens today and will close on 16 January 2026 at 5.00 p.m., with the Company scheduled to be listed on 27 January 2026.

Strategic Use Of Proceeds

Proceeds from the IPO will be deployed to support the Group’s next phase of expansion, with a focus on strengthening technical depth and regional coverage:

  • 19.41% allocated to expand service offerings into emission control solutions
  • 8.66% for the establishment of an additional calibration laboratory at the Group’s Damansara office
  • 25.22% earmarked for the setup of new branch offices and calibration laboratories in Johor, Terengganu and Penang
  • The balance to fund working capital requirements and listing-related expenses

Management said the deployment strategy is aligned with tightening environmental regulations, higher workplace safety expectations and increased ESG-related reporting obligations among corporates.

Management Commentary: Scaling With Regulation And ESG Tailwinds

Managing Director Ivan Tan said the IPO represents a major milestone for the Group, which has built its reputation over nearly three decades as a specialised solutions provider.

“For close to 30 years, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of environmental monitoring and industrial hygiene solutions,” he said. “With the support of the capital market, we are now well positioned to expand our capabilities, broaden our service offerings and strengthen our regional footprint.”

He added that the Group’s move into emission control solutions is timely, as regulatory frameworks and sustainability reporting standards become increasingly central to corporate operations.

“These initiatives reinforce our commitment to helping customers meet regulatory requirements, improve operational sustainability and create long-term value,” Tan said.

Adviser’s View: Entering The Market At An Opportune Time

Lim Chia Wei, Managing Director of Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd, said the IPO positions One Gasmaster Holdings well amid strengthening regulatory and compliance trends.

“The Group has built a solid foundation with its integrated environmental monitoring, gas detection and industrial hygiene solutions, supported by an experienced management team and strong industry credentials,” she said. “With rising emphasis on environmental compliance and occupational safety, the listing provides a strong platform to accelerate growth.”

Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd is the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Underwriter and Placement Agent for the IPO.

Long-Term Industry Tailwinds

Industry observers note that rising environmental regulations, stricter occupational safety standards and increasing ESG scrutiny are creating sustained demand for monitoring, calibration and compliance-driven services.

With an expanded laboratory network, enhanced service scope and a strengthened balance sheet post-listing, One Gasmaster Holdings is positioning itself as a specialised player supporting clients navigating increasingly complex regulatory and sustainability landscapes.
