Singapore, 2 August 2026 – Singapore’s National Day Parade is preparing its largest lighting production to date, with more than 1,600 moving lights and approximately 50 lasers forming part of a technically ambitious return to the National Stadium.
The scale turns the annual celebration into a useful demonstration of the city-state’s live-event supply chain. Lighting designers, programmers, riggers, engineers and venue operators must coordinate a system that is far larger than a conventional concert installation, while meeting the timing, reliability and safety demands of a nationally televised production.
