Kuala Lumpur, 30 October 2026 – MyDCD Bhd could offer 91 per cent upside to its 56-sen ACE Market initial public offering price, according to an analyst assessment, with fair value estimated at RM1.07 a share. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection contractor is seeking to list on 17 November after applications close on 2 November. Its latest financial year’s revenue came entirely from data-centre work, and outstanding orders total RM1.32 billion.
The proposal matters to Asian businesses and investors because data-centre construction is becoming a regional infrastructure cycle rather than a narrow property theme. MyDCD’s work covers the systems that keep facilities powered, cooled and safe, so demand is tied to artificial-intelligence and advanced-computing investment. The confirmed facts are the IPO price, the analyst’s valuation and the order book; the investment case remains conditional on project awards, execution and the ability to reduce customer concentration.
