Meta AI Work Transformation Product Head Leaves as Internal Overhaul Faces Pressure

San Francisco, 18 June 2026 – Meta Platforms is facing another leadership change inside its artificial-intelligence transformation effort, after Emily Dalton Smith, the executive overseeing product work for the company’s “AI for work” initiative, said she is leaving the company.
