Kuala Lumpur, 13 October 2026 – CTOS Digital Bhd estimates that a cybersecurity incident disclosed on 23 September will reduce revenue by RM16 million and profit after tax and minority interests by RM12 million for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The preliminary figures give investors an initial measure of the disruption while recovery work continues.

The group expects the third-quarter effect to be RM3 million in revenue and RM5 million in profit after tax and minority interests. For the fourth quarter, the estimated impact rises to RM13 million in revenue and RM7 million in profit. The difference suggests that service interruption and remediation will weigh on performance beyond the period in which the incident was first identified.
