Cyberjaya, 29 July 2026 – Malaysia’s digital development agency has reaffirmed its commitment to turning the AI Nation 2030 ambition into practical outcomes, placing fresh emphasis on industry adoption, investment, talent and public trust.
The national agenda is designed to move artificial intelligence beyond isolated pilots and into the operating systems of businesses and public services. That requires more than computing capacity. Malaysia must also develop skilled workers, reliable data practices, cybersecurity safeguards and commercial pathways that allow local companies to capture value from the technology.
