Kuala Lumpur, 15 June 2026 – Manulife Investment Management (M) Berhad has launched the Manulife Singapore Equity Fund, giving Malaysian investors access to income and long-term capital growth opportunities as reforms in Singapore’s equity market broaden participation beyond traditional large-cap names.
The new fund is structured as a feeder fund that invests into the Manulife Singapore Opportunities Income Fund, which is actively managed by Manulife Investment Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The strategy takes an all-cap approach, combining exposure to established large-cap companies with selected small- and mid-cap opportunities that may benefit from improving liquidity and stronger market recognition.
