Kuala Lumpur, 7 July 2026 – The Malaysian government is focusing on improving aid delivery and reducing exclusion errors as the country prepares for the long-term challenges of an ageing population.
Economy Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir said the government’s priority is to ensure assistance reaches eligible individuals while preventing aid from being channelled to those who do not qualify.
