Kuala Lumpur, 25 September 2026 – Property developer KEB Berhad has signed an underwriting agreement with M & A Securities for its proposed ACE Market listing, putting a firm placement arrangement behind the retail and eligible-persons portion of its initial public offering.
The agreement covers 66.18 million new shares: 44.12 million earmarked for the Malaysian public and 22.06 million for eligible directors, employees and other contributors. Underwriting does not set the eventual offer price or guarantee investor demand. It means the underwriter has agreed to take up the covered shares subject to the transaction’s terms, reducing one execution risk as KEB moves toward listing.
