KUALA LUMPUR, 26 November 2025 — AI-powered digital infrastructure services provider ITMAX System Berhad reported another quarter of solid growth, with revenue, profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) rising strongly for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025 (“Q3FYE2025”).
The Group posted quarterly revenue of RM65.2 million, up 12.4% year-on-year (YoY), supported primarily by a sharp expansion in its digital infrastructure solutions segment, which recorded 68.7% YoY revenue growth during the quarter. PBT rose 22.5% to RM37.0 million, while PAT climbed 20.5% to RM27.0 million, reflecting strengthened recurring income and improved operational leverage.
Strong Nine-Month Performance Driven by Smart City Contracts
For the cumulative nine months of the financial year (“9MFYE2025”), ITMAX registered revenue of RM174.4 million, an 11.0% YoY increase. PBT rose 20.2% to RM95.3 million, while PAT advanced 19.4% to RM71.3 million.
The Group’s digital infrastructure solutions segment continued to anchor growth, posting a 67.3% surge in revenue to RM120.7 million, accounting for 69.2% of total revenue for 9MFYE2025. The segment’s expansion reflects rising demand for smart city systems, integrated surveillance networks, and advanced AI-enabled infrastructure.

Managing director and chief executive officer William Tan Wei Lun said the results reinforce the Group’s business resilience and visibility.

He noted that recurring revenues continue to expand alongside the broader adoption of integrated digital and urban management systems.

Tan added that the Group will remain focused on accelerating AI-driven innovation.
