Klang, 24 September 2026 – Inta Bina Group has secured a RM221.08 million contract for the main building works of Gravit8 Phase 4, known as Novva, in Kota Bayuemas, Klang. The award came from Prisma Melody, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitraland Holding, and marks the construction firm’s fourth project with the developer. Inta Bina says the win lifts its new order book from about RM424 million to RM645 million, strengthening the near-term pipeline from which future revenue may be recognised.

The development comprises a 39-storey serviced-apartment tower with 654 units and a 20-storey office tower, along with parking, commercial and recreational areas and a sports complex. That mixed-use scope can support a lengthy construction programme, but it also increases coordination demands. Vertical building work, common facilities and separate components must progress on schedule for the full contract value to translate into earnings.
